About Me
Amanda Tracey, CPCP
How it all started...
My passion for cosmetics started at an early age when, due to a medical condition, my eyebrows fell out almost entirely. For years, I would spend so much time trying to make them perfect and symmetrical. Eventually, I started looking into a solution for my practically non-existent brows, which is when I came across microblading. Deciding to have my eyebrows microbladed – and later machine shaded – was one of the best decisions I’ve ever made. Not only do I love the convenience factor, but I feel so much more confident now. Shortly after having my brows done, I took a 100-hour certification class and became a 3D Eyebrow & Microblading Technician, having met the standards and requirements of the SPCP (Society of Permanent Cosmetic Professionals). I have completed my CPCP certification (Certified Permanent Cosmetic Professional), demonstrating a distinct level of knowledge and dedication to the industry.

I am a lead trainer at Sapphire Studios Cosmetic Tattoo Academy in Illinois. Since receiving my microblading fundamentals certification, I have taken many more continuing education courses to ensure that I am expanding on my knowledge and up to date on new techniques to offer my clients. I regularly renew my Blood Borne Pathogens and Infection Control Training, ensuring that I adhere to the highest standards of sanitation, hygiene, and sterilization when performing permanent cosmetics procedures. Helping women (and men) feel more confident is the ultimate reward for me. My goal is to provide quality work for my clients and help them look and feel their best.
